Terms for using this early-access site
These terms apply to Marle's current landing page, private beta waitlist, and interactive concept demo. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. A future beta or finished product may have additional terms.
What joining the waitlist means
Joining the waitlist is free and simply shows that you're interested in Marle. It does not create an account or paid subscription, and it does not guarantee an invitation by a particular date.
We currently plan to invite the first private beta group in waitlist order and offer the beta at no charge. The timing, features, and number of participants may change as the product develops.
The demo is a preview, not the finished product
The closet, outfit, and purchase-check experiences use prepared fictional data. The demo does not perform live analysis, verify retailer information or inventory, or provide photorealistic try-on.
The Buy, Consider, and Skip examples are not professional, financial, or sustainability advice. No purchase takes place on this site.
Use the site fairly
Use Marle only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not submit someone else's email address without permission.
Do not copy or scrape the site, bypass request limits, interfere with its security, introduce harmful code, or use automated tools to overload it.
Marle's work and your feedback
The site, demo, writing, design, and Marle name belong to Marle or its licensors. You may browse and share a link to the site, but you may not reuse its content or branding as your own.
If you choose to send feedback, Marle may use it to improve the product without an obligation to pay or credit you.
Availability and responsibility
This early-access site is provided “as is” and “as available.” It may change, become temporarily unavailable, or contain mistakes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marle is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by using or relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates and questions
If these terms change, we will post the updated version here and change the date at the top of the page. If you do not agree with an update, please stop using the site.
